I had to quickly build some static web page lately so I focus to only use reusable components for html, css and javascript using nodejs.
You can get started with this boilerplate to quickly deliver quality code using template engine such as pugjs and iotaCSS.
Everything is tighten up with Gulp to synchronize browser testing, control and optimize your code.
When you are ready, you can push it directly on your Github Pages with one command or deploy it for production.
