Bicicletta

"Bicicletta" (bycicle) is an old cocktail probably born during the fascism. It's a classic italian aperitivo and supposedly gets its name from the old Italian men who would wobble and swerve on their bicycles on their way home after having a few too many to drink. Fill wineglass with ice. Add 2 ounces of Campari, 1 1/2 ounces of dry white wine and a half ounce of soda or sparkling water. Stir to mix. Garnish with orange slice.
