 Established UX design as the first stage of all Web developments, instituting a user-centered design (UCD) approach for overall website, https://www.payumoney.com/  Overhauled PayU Web site to optimize the user experience while displacing competitors by remaining ahead of the curve in anticipating user needs.  Pioneered the use of A/B split testing and facilitated response-rate while increasing the average time spent by user for each page.  Designed high-impact, user-centered PayU site with strong emotional appeal, sophisticated production values and intuitive navigation to maximize user engagement and cement powerful brand identities.  Developed user personas and scenarios in order to enhance functionality and usability for key audiences.  Designed an engaging online development guide for on boarding merchants and revamped the overall website with enhanced user dashboard.  Prototyped visual design concepts, designed icons, and provided solution for a new navigation system, resulting in a better user experience  Planned and implemented UX strategies that reflected various payment solutions such as Payment Gateway, POS machine, email invoicing.  Produced flow charts, wireframes and designed page layouts for the merchant guide.
