Neighborhood content tag exploration

Rationales:
Early explorations for neighborhood tag design on hotel details and results page. Why pill, not a rectangle with rounded corners or without a box or pill? 1. Even though the tag is not tappable for now, but with an upcoming roadmap, it will involve into filters and being tappable, especially on the desktop websites. 2. A long established pattern for tags and differentiate from the button style in the existing pattern library. 3. The pill with light gray background stands out more than white one.
