Designers with Empathy

Often it happens in many profession that you kind of tend of demean your counterparts. Even been to a doctor who says "the other doctor doesn't know a batshit about this medical condition"? Well, professionals in all walks of life do.

When it comes to designers, they're not very different. But design isn't something you do just for money. This isn't middle school where your grades need to be better than the other guy. Designers must always possess empathy, compassion, humanity, affinity and grace -- never lose these things.
