My Grange

We worked with Grange Insurance to revamp their customer portal. Super fun project that started out with the right objective, which was to structure the portal to meet the most frequent reasons why customers login: 1) Pay their bill, 2) File a claim, and 3) Review policy information.

We engaged users from start to finish to ensure the system was intuitive and allowed them to complete the task they came to perform in 15-30 seconds.
