Playing with this trivia format on iOS with strong colour hits in the title bar on correct or incorrect answers. I find changing the colour in this case gives a very instant understanding of whether you got the answer right or wrong.

Created in Rover's Experience Design tool, which allows you to adjust properties on native elements like the iOS Title Bar
