Reality Check - Icon variations

Hello,

I'm currently working on a new identity for a non-profit called Reality Check.
Basically, this organisation is building small projects that can, after being tested, expand in different areas of the country. They tackle pretty much anything, from social issues, to bureaucracy.

What I was most impressed about, was their team - highly skilled, highly creative & analytic. They're looking at every angle before tackling a matter.

So, my ideas were based on the following insights:
01. Projections - in order to affect change, you have to see the world the way it really is, not the way you think it might be.
02. The open door - we're usually afraid of the unknown, but what drives us is courage - to see, to learn, to act. Ultimately - to improve. We open doors to understand.
03. A matter of [the right] perspective - we tend to live in bubbles that define our reality. We have the freedom to speak, but we forget to listen. The truth has become relative and only when we understand that we can actually improve.
04. Pay attention - we all want to be elements of change. But in order to do that, we have to open our eyes. Accept that reality is, most times, tough to handle.

I'm still working on the perfect approach. Was wondering which option you would prefer. :)
