MOCACARE app icon redesigns

A selection of icons I redesigned for the MOCACARE app that is based on a 22 × 22px grid.

The redesigns unify the visual language and make the icons easier to understand in mobile and tablet formats.

This is an ongoing project, and I will continue to redesign more icons as the project goes on.
