Konnichiwa - cute creature logo

One version of Konnichiwa-club logo. This is logo for Russian site about Japanese culture, traditions, mythology, movies, anime and manga. They wanted to get an animal (maybe fantastic creature) as theur mascot, and this animal should be from japanese mythology or from works of japanese art. So, Miyazaki movies (Totoro) inspired me to draw this cutie... cat or, maybe, little forest troll?

Client has approved another version (coming soon). But this creature is my favorite.
