Asurion Complaints App / Ticketing UI Design

Here's a sneak peak on a Complaints App I am working on with my team here. It will help facilitate agents delegate tickets, search tickets by a unique ID#, as well as create a new ticket. This is going to be a large project that I am excited to be a part of. Currently designing small chunks and then testing it with our agents to see what works best and what doesn't.
