The decision to work with a label that conveyed not only the visual attributes of snakes and the texture of their skin, but also the names of snakes directly related to variations of the "India Pale Ale" style, was mainly due to the name of the brewery being Poison (Venenosa). This opened up several possibilities for associations, but since the India Pale Ale style is bitter, due to the extra dose of hop (Humulus lupulus), we observed a path of exploration of the snake theme and a link between the style and the name "Poison".
