Week 10 - "Mothers"

I didn't come up with something specifically for this week's challenge, so this may be a bit of a cop out. I've been busy, which is a poor excuse, I know. But! I was working on the storyboard and initial artwork for a kids' book I'm working on with a friend. Incidentally, the book features kids and their mother, so here is some of the preliminary art : )

I'm realizing, while doing the storyboards, just how challenging this is going to be. As I've never really done characters (at least human ones) before, I think the biggest challenge is getting the person to look consistent from scene to scene and at different angles. Definitely a big learning curve for me!
