Hospice Het Vliethuys

Hospice het Vliethuys offers a warm substitute home environment in the last phase of life. Besides the medical care their first priority is to make everyone feel at home and at peace. The hospice has 75 volonteers to help with every day work and care. I designed and developed a brand identity for the hospice and for the friends of the hospice.
