Client Home Dashboard

We recently redesigned the client home dashboard to introduce new features and surface existing ones. Here is a quick preview of V1!

The main goals for the new home dashboard are:
— Start to modularise the dashboard
— Create a space to help summarise all of Ravelin's growing number of useful features and data
— Show what the state of the client fraud is
