Customer Service Dashboard - Profile

This is a CSR-facing dashboard showing a customer profile for a rewards program. The goal here was to get all the relevant information and actions onto a single page without the need for excessive scrolling, opening collapsed items, etc. To that end, I used cards with limited customization options, and nested all actions in a single timeline, designed to be navigated quickly using one-click filters and keyword search.

Some have pointed out that the blue for rewards can be confused with the blue links, so this is one of the issues I'd like to address in another version. Critique welcome!
