Managing feedback through BetterWorks

We recognize that many of our customers work cross-functionally and this creates a great opportunity for feedback. Cross-functional work requires cross-functional feedback topics.

The challenge was how to display multiple topics of feedback an employee could be involved in while maintaining the lightweight design experience. This solution allows the user to ask and participate in diverse topics with ease. They can edit or confirm, and we will automatically request for them. Once the requesting phase has passed, the card will state “Pending” with automatic status updates on the feedback they receive.
