R - First letter from Rafael

An initial is a really dear letter for a Designer who loves typography. Part of it because you're always trying to find a good looking style of the first letter of your name – we somehow connect to it – but also because a well-designed version can easily become our own personal logo.

Last year, I decided to try creating a logo for myself during a challenge called #may1streboot. I have never been able to settle on anything since I started working with Design and this was a good chance for me to force it. I decided to share today a few versions that came up during this experience, including the last one that I'm using today on my website.

Even though I like it, it was created during a moment in my life where I had a lot of questionings and self-doubts. I don't think it represents me that well today, so, unfortunately, it'll have to go soon. I actually have something new in the oven ;) \o/
