Halva

This past Monday I stumbled upon one of our best NYC food experiences yet: Seed+Mill is a women-owned spot in Chelsea Market, dedicated to all things sesame.

The halva חלוה flavors they produce are nothing short of astounding, and they make a goat milk sesame ice cream topped with cardamom halva that’s oh-my-god so good.
