Goal detail panel

Over the years we’ve developed many attributes tied to goals. Each attribute adds more clarity to someone’s goal, which is increasingly important as the platform is implemented at larger companies.

Here’s an example, if I’m a member of the design department, and I’m curious about how sales is performing. I can look up the department led sales goal, and see what the trajectory is for the current quarter. Pretty cool, eh?

Well it turns out, not everyone cares about this level of detail. My PM and I made the assumption that people wanted to see attributes every time they click into a goal. We found that we were wrong through testing prototypes of the attributes panel sliding in and out. Instead we created a link that says “Detail” to access the panel.
