826 Chicago – 2016 Annual Report

Every year I get to work on an Annual Report for 826 Chicago.

Being a non-profit, the tight printing budget forces us to come up with an interesting idea to work within it. For last year’s version we used a combination of elements we could print & assemble by hand, and some using the office laser printer. I think on this exact version you can still see the pen I used to fill in some of the letters on the cover because I janked up the screen printing a bit. 😬

The overall running theme for the Chicago office is espionage (think Spy Kids), so this report was made to feel like a top secret dossier you might receive under a coffee table from a man with terrible sunglasses in an over-sized suit.
