Moving Mules, Moving Ondemand Service mobile app

Moving Mule is a concept proposal for a simple on-demand moving service. Customers can book from a range of moving services, time, and location—then Moving Mule will take care of the rest. Users can discuss the service with the movers in detail and track their belongings from A to B.

I was given the freedom to create the feature set and prioritise them based on what was required for MVP. I communicated with the stakeholders to ensure that the features were consistent with the internal concept.

The design process involved, scoping and consultation, requirement writing, prioritisation, developing the user journey, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. I also worked on the branding as well as the tone of voice of the platform.

The concept behind the design made it seamless for the user to make bookings. Once the order has been made, they can rest assured that the job will be done properly by staying in communication with the movers through chat and uploading relevant photos.
