User Journey Map

Here is a diagram that explores on a sitemap, all the different paths possible to achieve the same goal.

It's very useful to better understand all the possible flows, and keep as low as possible the number of interactions necessary to achieve the goal (to enhance ux).

I spent many many days working on this new project and I'm still not half way to start designing pixels, but all these steps are super useful and I also happen to love them.
