Questionnaire

Revisited an old project that required users to fill out a yes/no questionnaire - looked at how to break it down as much as possible and remove any excess that distracted from the content.

Question is large and clear in the centre of the screen. User can tap anywhere on either side of the screen to answer. Simple.
