Usability testing in a lab

This is a picture of me facilitating a usability test on the lab environment. The screen shot at the top is the interface that the participant was working with. We gathered very valuable feedback on this interface including confusing actions, language inconsistency and other usability problems. Never give up on trying to get great feedback from your users.
