Joint Payments

Hey guys,

I thought it would be nice to play around with bill payments. The idea is to have a paypal type thing with joint accounts, allowing the users to maintain a clear overview of the accounts. i.e. no more arguments about who missed the last payment on the flat account.

What do you guys think?
