002 Checkout

Hey guys! Day 002 of the DaiyUI is a credit card checkout process. Took a little longer than an hour. I've attached the initial design too, If you don't like the hand illustration (stepped out of my comfort zone on that one).

Simple checkout process, starts with selecting your payment method (card or paypal) then the rest should be self explanatory.
