Satisfaction Survey feature allows the customer to send a feedback on the support experience he/she receives.

A support agent will use this feature on daily basis & I know the workflow should be simple & easily to achieve the task quickly with less cognitive effort. Opening a popup or a modal is quite a common workflow practices & I'm not happy with it due to the higher cognitive effort. Found this cool approach to apply across our helpdesk app.
