DC/OS Resource Debugging

When conducting user research, a consistent theme our team discovered is that our users would like more debugging tools in the UI so they can figure out why their service isn't starting.

When you deploy a container service in DC/OS it looks for resource offers that match the configuration of your service. If an offer doesn't match, it gets declined and retries. These debug tools are intended to help DC/OS users identify what resources aren't being matched, so you can then change your config or add more resources to your cluster.
