Hotel on Messenger Bot

Originally I wanted to include 3 parts in this messenger bot concept: 1) Booking details once reservation is made 2) Useful travel information when check-in date approaches 3) Hotel key access and receipt after checking in at the hotel

However, I am having a second thought on the 3) item so I didn't include that part in. Any ideas/feedbacks are welcome.
