Quote Sheet Design for Cabka North America, Inc.

The sales team at Cabka desired an easy way to produce branded quote sheets for customers.

After weighing the pros and cons of several programs, I settled on Adobe PDF to do the job. The form uses custom JavaScript to calculate the totals (as well as leave certain fields blank if there were no entries). The quote sheet also boasts hyperlinked photos and links to pique the interest of clients. It was very well received. Upcoming improvements include adding our product database to the forms and streamlining the document locking process.
