These custom designs were made for a company that specializes in software that monitors call volume for their clients on a high end scale and handles call back functionality.

In the first screen, we're conceptually showing analytics for what an Estimated Wait Time is during peak and non-peak hours.

In the second screen, we're showing a Dashboard Reporting view where users can track progress over an amount of time.
