Func. Monk is a collective of functional movement rehabilitation specialists working with high-performance athletes and active lifestylers. A handwritten typeface was developed to capture the freeform expression and movement of the hand. The symbol is based on the initials F and M created as seven strokes to represent the seven energy centers of the body—a central concept to complete health and wellness of mind, body, and spirit.
