Types 2016 Posters

Couple of detail shots of the posters I designed for Types 2016—an exhibition at Prøve Gallery that asked artists to create a piece based on their assigned letters.

In collaboration with @Taylor Bjork, we created a juxtaposition between expected and unexpected letterforms. A simple, black-on-white 1,200 pt Futura Light "G" hung above a 3,437 pt Futura Light "H" chair. The idea was to challenge the preconceived notion of what type can be.
