An app where Insurance agents manage policyholders. My favorite part in fixing the user experience was the payment flow/screens (the first screen on the left with the Enter Amount).

The Semi-Annual option is the selected option, but I think it looks more like an unselected option (if it acts like a button). The gray options looked more like the selected because it looks like it's pressed down. This looked a nice place to do some A/B testing.
