Raise a new flag

Went ahead with this design! These will be used in our welcome boxes for new hires and some upcoming trainings.

Worked with David at Oxford Pennant - really good people would recommend working with him and his team!

Will post the full welcome box in the upcoming weeks - excited to get all the pieces in and out to new hires!
