[50 Weekly UI Challenge] Google Arts & Culture Redesign

Week 46

An idea to add to the scroll experience of Google's Arts & Culture app: https://www.google.com/culturalinstitute/beta/u/0/

In the original time scroll (attached), the content stays static beneath the scroll bar. To make it an experience closer to flipping an actual book in historical order (where you see the name/tags of each chapter), I tried adding a summary area that replaces the static content during scrolling. Only after user scrolling/touch stops for a certain duration, the content starts to filter in. This may help user to get a sneak peak of the time period she filters for.
