After creating all the flat design elements in AI, you need to bring it into AE to apply texture, light and camera. Then you can wiggle the camera exposure to add a flicker effect. To add some hand-held camera movement, you need to change the camera z-rotation. Finally, you need to add an adjustment layer as posterized time to change the frame rate. In this way, you can produce a stop-film feeling. Try it! It is super fun!
