Desktop App Final Mockup

This is the way I decided to go now. Subtracted as much as I could to make the reading experience more peaceful. In-book navigation has moved to the bottom and is reduced to the minimum. Classic OSX app icons only appear as the mouse hovers above the top third of the app (as can be seen in attached screenshot number 2).

The notes feature is not yet ready, but working on it. That's the last one missing.
