Logo Redesign_School Bus Transportation Company

I'm redesigning a logo for a school bus transportation company.

I'm thinking that I need to choose a font with a taller x-height for the text reading "Transportation Inc." Any thoughts?

Also, looked up the RGB for "school bus yellow", but I think that it still could be a little darker. Thoughts?
