Internationa Interfaith Conference / Theme 2016

The International Interfaith Conferences held in Kosovo are major events of Interfaith Kosovo Initiative that gather civil society activists, faith leaders, diplomats, journalists, artists and academics in discussing a broad range of challenges facing countries in ensuring reconciliation in post-conflict times and zones as well as countering violent extremism in today's modern societies.
This year, the 5 th Annual Interfaith International Conference, organized by the International
Institute for Interfaith Dialogue, with the support of Kosovo Foreign Ministry, will be dedicated to bringing forward the role of women in promotion of interfaith dialogue. Women are key allies in the fight against extremism and support to peaceful conflict-resolution.
