Qbserve Dynamic icon

Icon for our new app Qbserve, an automatic private time tracker for Mac. Qbserve, "Cube-serve", it's like a Cube, and Observe :D

When the app senses that you've been unproductive, the dock icon turns red; seeing the icon with the corner of your eye keeps you motivated. The closed eye means the app is paused.
