Lunch form interface - inspired by Xero branding

A good friend of mine and I collaborated on a new UI for ordering lunch for a conference held in many different countries.

Users would enter in their name, select their food choice and country to submit their order on their main preference for food.

Inspired by Xero who have a simple yet elegant and consistant color scheme on their xero.com site, this simple UI was created based off their brand colors.
