Knowledge center - enterprise application
Redesigning the knowledge center for an enterprise application.
The existing design fails to push & promote learning since on the landing page of the knowledge center only shows the categories of learning content, which are mainly for the navigation. It fails to cater to the scenarios where the employees come to the knowledge center without a clear purpose or they’re somewhat open to the suggestions about the consumption of learning content.
In the new design strategy learning content is pushed to users based on their anticipated needs. So employees will find front page full of content which they can stumble upon and find interesting!
New design also provides good starting point by showing things like most popular, recommended for you, similar courses etc.
