Conference patterns

First look at some of the material I've been creating for a pair of conferences. DevNet, and CELAO.
Both conferences are linked (both are about the exchange of ideas, information and research) which is why they share the same approach. One is focused on the Pacific region (inspiration from tapa patterns/carvings) and the other incorporates more Latin America and Asian influences.
