Lead Generation Filter Management v4

Changes to this latest iteration:
• Added a scroll bar for easier viewing of the current filter selection and zip code data at the same time
• Update to the category icon & added a new table column ("Group #") for a clearer indication of groupings/duplicates
• Added "state" label in the right column (Massachusetts, Connecticut")
• Right column header now indicates the selected filter for which the zip code data is shown ("Up to $300K - Single Home / Condo")
