Jekyll Starter Kit

This is for an open source project that I'm working on. Jekyll Starter Kit is a boilerplate with configurable tools for static site development. These tools provide synchronized cross-device testing with a focus on performance. This is a good starting point if you want to build a Jekyll site with NPM-based (NPM run-scripts) tooling. Note: not ready for initial alpha release yet.
