I'm excited to share the updated design of our Omnichannel messaging platform, where users can seamlessly manage conversations across multiple channels like WhatsApp, Messenger, website chat, Telegram, and more — all from one unified interface.

✨ Key features of this version include:

• Full support for both Light and Dark modes, offering optimal visual comfort no matter the environment.

• Improved navigation with clearly separated sections, making the user flow more intuitive and aligned compared to the previous version.

• Enhanced interaction options that allow users to add private or public notes, fostering better communication and organization.

This iteration presents a cleaner and more user-friendly layout, addressing some pain points from the earlier design. I’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback on these improvements!
