Gone with the Light - 1928 Phantom
This illustration is based on a rejected car sketching from my recent project. I don't want to throw it away so I re-create it by adding a rich couple as a background. The title, "Gone with the Light" is derived from the most famous luxury car Rolls Royce's "Phantom." One of the car reviewers said the reason why RR named their car is that rich people hopped on their RR and vanished like ghosts after the party. Believe it or not, I loved his explanation :) Of course, the title of this illustration comes from the movie "Gone with the Wind."
