The original dashboard was functional—but frustrating. Power users found it hard to customize, slow to use, and visually overwhelming. My goal? A clean, intuitive redesign that simplifies workflows and improves clarity without changing core widget content.
🔍 I started with research: analyzing usage patterns and complaints, especially around widget management and layout flexibility, etc...
💡 Key changes:
– A modular grid system for better layout control
– A redesigned widget-adding experience (from drag-and-drop to one-click)
– Improved tile sizing, filters, and export options
– UI and data visual refresh for tables and charts
The result: a faster, cleaner, and more flexible dashboard that aligns with real user needs—especially for the banking teams who rely on it daily
